Glazing Meats with kkAda

Cooking with kkAda Caramel is the BEST!  And glazing meats and seafood with kkAda, takes on a whole NEW dinning experience!  Whether glazing a Holiday Ham, Ribs, or frying up some bacon, always use kkAda to enhance the caramel flavor!  So Holiday Hams, Pork Chops, Ribs, Chicken, Scallops, Shrimp, Salmon, and sea foods of all makes and kinds!  Cooking with Caramel is for-real, and once you start, you can't STOP!  Chicken on the Barbe'...glaze it!  Bacon on the Barbe'...glaze it!  Meat on the Barbe' glaze it...you get the idea.  We will breakdown each individual way to glaze and cook using caramel.  Just look for the individual call-outs for diferent recipes and applications......... Directions: 

Some foods are just glazed using a little kkAda and a silicon brush.  There are also silicon brush applicators as pictured above.  Some recipes call for marinating with kkAda over a 24 hour period, look for those individual recipes.  Glazing meats while cooking or barbecuing is also done using a silicon brush.  There are meat sauces that can be created using kkAda that are out-of-this-world delicious!  So grab your "chef's hat" and a bottle of kkAda, and lets GET STARTED!
