kkAda Caramel Brussel Sprouts

From a gentleman in Burlington Washington, comes this wonderful way to enjoy Brussel Sprouts.  If you don't prefer brussel sprouts, you will after you make your brussel sprouts with kkAda Caramel Liqueur.  These are the BEST!  And we're not brusselin' around.  Give this recipe a whirl....kids LOVE IT!


Cut brussel sprouts in half.  In a frying pan add 1/3 cup of olive oil.  Brown brussel sprouts, cut side down.  Add 1/3 cup kkAda Caramel Liqueur, bring to a simmer, season, and cover.  Optional: You can add onions, potatoes, carrots, etc.  NOTE:  When cooking with alcohol, the alcohol is burned-off and what is left is the flavor.
